Substitute Custodian/Maintenance Worker

Did you know that just like our substitute teaching positions, the school district has substitute bus drivers, food service helpers, secretaries, paraprofessionals, custodians and maintenance workers? Try them all out by becoming a classified substitute!  Substitutes enjoy a flexible schedule, with the ability to accept or decline assignments, based on availability.   Substituting is an excellent way to gain skills and experience working in a school district. It’s also a great way to get into the career pipeline for permanent positions as they become available.

Custodian/Maintenance Worker:  Have you noticed how the floors shine at Cloverleaf? Or how clean our cafeteria and classrooms are? What about the nicely mowed lawns, clean parking lots and well maintained facilities? This is because of our custodial and maintenance employees. Our custodian/maintenance worker substitutes work up to 8 hours per day, with opportunities across the district. There are day shift and second shift substitute opportunities available.
